Reception & Dinner - Salters' Hall
Tuesday 23 May 2006
Dress: Black Tie

This will be a great opportunity to enjoy a relaxing evening in Salters' Hall, the home of the ninth of the City's Great Twelve Livery Companies. The previous hall was destroyed in 1941 and its replacement, designed by Sir Basil Spence, was opened in 1976. The hall is a superb combination of modern design and traditional values, and this event is a 'must' for those who have not yet had an opportunity to see and enjoy this magnificent building. The evening will comprise a traditional reception and dinner, and will be rounded off with a few words by a 'surprise' guest speaker.
