Reception & Dinner - Vintners' Hall
Wednesday 23 January 2019
Dress: Black Tie

For his first dinner of the new year the Master has chosen Vintners' Hall. The Livery Hall was the original meeting place for members of the Company and was built in 1671; it still retains the original C17th carvings and it is in these historic surroundings that we will enjoy a sparkling reception and a traditional three-course dinner with wine, port, toasts and the Loving Cup Ceremony. The Master's guest speaker is Colonel Sir Neil Thorne OBE TD, former Member of Parliament for Ilford South and Life President of the charity "Children in Distress". This event follows our welcome ceremony for new members, who may wish to continue their celebrations by attending this lovely dinner.
