Visit & Lunch - Royal Hospital Chelsea
Wednesday 1 July 2015
Dress: Suit / Jacket & Tie

The Royal Hospital was founded in 1682 by Charles II as a home for soldiers unfit for duty by age or injury, and is currently the home for approximately 300 Chelsea Pensioners. After starting with refreshments on arrival, members and their guests will enjoy a guided tour of the Royal Hospital, including the chapel where Lady Thatcher regularly worshipped, the Great Hall, and the Figure Court with the statue of Charles II. Following a pre-lunch drink in the Chelsea Pensioners Club, we will enjoy a 2-course buffet lunch with wine.
