Reception & Dinner - HQS Wellington
Wednesday 24 June 2015
Dress: Black Tie

HQS Wellington is the last survivor of the Grimsby class of sloops which served with distinction in World War 2. It is a unique location for a Livery dinner and the Master has specially chosen it as the place to commemorate the 200th anniversary of Wellington's victory at Waterloo. After enjoying a reception on the Quarter Deck followed by fine food and wine below, members and their guests will enjoy an after-dinner talk by Professor Jeremy Black, OBE, a well-known author and a Professor of History at Exeter University.
